Thank you for your interest in having your child play in one of our seven organized sports associations. Town & Country Sports takes great pride in providing a positive experience for children through recreational sports. Our goal is to Help Every Kid Play. We offer financial assistance to families in need. 

Upon receipt of this application, T&C will review and advise if financial assistance can be provided. Please apply as early in the registration process as possible. Please remember that as a non-profit organization we have a limited budget per season. Scholarships are considered on a first come, first served basis.

A parent or guardian must complete this form. You will be asked to provide documentation to support your annual income. Please complete a separate form for each child per sport. 

This is an application for financial aid, NOT a registration.  If your financial aid is approved you will receive a discount code that will be used during the checkout process of player registration.
